Wartasyariah.com-Jakarta-BCA Syariah aktif meningkatkan pengetahuan generasi muda terhadap produk perbankan dan menanamkan budaya menabung sejak dini, PT Bank BCA Syariah (BCA Syariah) turut berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan KEJAR Prestasi Generasi Muda Indonesia (KREASIMUDA) yang diselenggarakan oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Kegiatan tersebut diselenggarakan serentak di seluruh wilayah Indonesia selama bulan Juli-Agustus 2022.
Kegiatan puncak KREASIMUDA yang diselenggarakan 23 Agustus 2022 di Jakarta, BCA Syariah mendapatkan penghargaan sebagai “Bank Implementasi KEJAR Terbaik” untuk kategori Bank Umum Syariah. KEJAR merupakan program Satu Rekening Satu Pelajar (KEJAR) yang diinisiasi berdasarkan implementasi Keputusan Presiden No.26 tentang Hari Indonesia Menabung.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut Direktur BCA Syariah Lukman Hadiwijaya hadir menerima penghargaan. Penghargaan yang diberikan merupakan apresiasi dari OJK atas perolehan pembukaan rekening dengan target pelajar dan pemuda.
Selama periode Juli-Agustus 2022, rekening yang berhasil diakuisisi BCA Syariah mencapai lebih dari 3.000 rekening, senilai lebih dari Rp585 juta. Dalam aktivitasnya, BCA Syariah menawarkan berbagai solusi produk tabungan untuk kebutuhan generasi muda dan pelajar, diiantaranya; tabungan SimPel (Simpanan Pelajar) iB; Tahapan Rencana iB yang merupakan tabungan berjangka untuk persiapan berbagai rencana dan kebutuhan nasabah; dan Tahapan Mabrur iB yang merupakan tabungan persiapan ibadah Haji dan Umroh. Selain pembukaan rekening di lingkungan sekolah, cabang BCA Syariah juga melakukan kegiatan sosialisasi dan edukasi perbankan syariah kepada para siswa.
“Budaya menabung harus dimulai sejak dini, agar generasi muda memahami pentingnya tabungan dan investasi sebagai instrumen pendukung dalam mewujudkan cita-cita. Partisipasi BCA Syariah dalam kegiatan KREASIMUDA merupakan bentuk dukungan kami dalam meningkatkan literasi dan inklusi keuangan, khususnya perbankan syariah. Dengan pemahaman yang baik, kami berharap semakin banyak masyarakat mengenal bank syariah sebagai solusi kebutuhan perbankan,” kata Direktur Utama BCA Syariah, Yuli Melati Suryaningrum, kepada wartawan, melalui siaran pers, belum lama ini, di Jakarta.
Arahan Presiden RI untuk memastikan semua pelajar dan mahasiswa menggunakan sistem perbankan nasional menjadi latar belakang OJK dalam kegiatan ini dan menjadi bagian dari strategi untuk mencapai indeks inklusi keuangan sebesar 90 persen di 2024.
