Wartasyariah, Bertempat di Jakarta, 22 April 2022, Perum Produksi Flm Negara (Perum PFN) suatu Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) menjalin Kerjasama (Memorandum of Understanding/MoU) dengan PT. Berkah Menara Sinema (Menara Sinema).
Tujuan kerjasama ini adalah untuk saling menguntungkan kedua belah pihak dan untuk eksplorasi, mengkaji, serta bekerja sama dalam bersinergi pemanfaatan potensi bersama para pihak.
Sedangkan ruang lingkup Kerjasama ini adalah memajukan industri perfilman dan konten di Indonesia, melakukan kolaborasi dalam pembuatan atau produksi film dan konten, mengoptimalisasi hak kekayaan intelektual yang telah dimiliki Para Pihak dan meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia para pihak serta melakukan kerja sama lain yang dimungkinkan sepanjang sesuai dengan tujuan Para Pihak dan bersifat saling menguntungkan.
Penandatanganan Kerjasama ini dilakukan oleh Direktur Utama Perum PFN Dwi Heriyanto yang diwakili Lingga Agata, selaku Kepala produksi Perum PFN dan Direktur Utama Menara Sinema Firman Hasurungan, SH.
Pernyataan Lingga Agata Perum PFN membuka peluang pembiayaan kepada para Pembuat Film, ada tiga program, pertama, PFN sebagai Agregator, PFN akan memberikan pekerjaan tentang Film kepada PH, kedua, PFN sebagai content curator, PFN akan menjadi mediator antara para produser kepada PH, ketiga PFN sebagai distribution channels, PFN akan menjadi media tampung karya kreatif dari Menara Sinema. Ditambahkan, Untuk Menara sinema bersiap untuk tidak lanjut dari MOU ini.
Selanjutnya, Pernyataan Firman Hasurungan mengatakan kami menyambut baik kerjasama ini sebagai itikad baik dari negara kepada para sineas film, dan Menara Sinema siap bersinergi untuk memajukan industri film negara.
Akhirnya, PFN akan mendorong Menara sinema untuk memproduksi film, diakhiri dengan foto Bersama ***MA
